Autonomous Vehicle Technology

Here at CDMMobil, we’re working to hone certain foundations to make our vehicles ready for autonomy. We believe that sensors are pivotal and integrate them into all of our autonomous systems. After years of research, we now produce vehicles equipped with Drive by Wire. We’re constantly making improvements so that our vehicles can accurately respond to commands via the autonomous system and execute the (driving) functions expected of them. TRAGGER Pro comes complete with a setup alongside power transmission, suspension, brake, and steering systems that are all reliable and stable. It features every trait and more that would make it perfect for any autonomous vehicle. We’ve already carried out a number test drives at our plant in Bursa, Turkey, in cooperation with FEV. In doing so, we’ve also discovered that TRAGGER makes for an excellent driver assistance systems test platform as well.

We’ve likewise developed a number of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) with FEV, installed it on our vehicles, and are getting ready to test them. These include an advanced emergency brakes (AEBS), adaptive cruise control with stop-go assist (ACC Stop & Go), lane keeping assistant (LKA), blind spot detection (BSD), park assist (PA), and forward collision warning (FCW).

Drive By Wire

During this project, we’d designed a control unit that allows drivers to remotely drive and control a vehicle’s throttle (acceleration), steering, and brake functions via a series of mechanical systems. We also electrified the system using separate electrical equipment independent of the vehicle.
